Lawn Care Terms and Conditions

Payments

Before any services commence, we require one of the following:

• Payment in full for all seasonal services

• If making monthly payments by credit card – a valid credit card on file

• If making monthly payments by cheque – Post-dated cheques payable to Postcard Perfect Ltd.

E-transfers to info@postcardperfect.ca are accepted if making a one time payment.

Failed credit cards are subject to a $50 administration fee. All NSF payments are subject to a $50 fee.

Any overdue invoices will be subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) after 30 days.

Service Details

Customers who sign up for lawn cutting must also be receiving full season lawn care service which includes our enhanced fertilization program at a minimum.

We do our best to send out email notifications the day before services are scheduled, but may have to change our plans based on weather. If plans change, we normally send an email update by 6 am on the day of the service.

Photo and Video Consent

By signing up for service, Postcard Perfect is permitted to take photos / videos of the front of the property work is being completed on. Photos / videos taken will be used in all forms of marketing and social media. Postcard Perfect will not include any personal information in any of the photos / videos including names, addresses, vehicle license plate etc.
